Why Automation Should Follow Process, Not Replace It
Automation is most useful after the workflow is clear, simplified, and connected to the way the business actually operates.

Process comes before tools
Automation works best when the workflow is already understood. Otherwise the business may automate confusion, duplicate work, or unclear accountability.
The better sequence is to clarify the process, remove unnecessary steps, and then decide where automation can help.
Automation should support judgment
The goal is not to replace every human decision. The goal is to reduce repeated manual work and make better execution easier.
